The property is nice and the staff is great. I didn’t get the room type that I reserved. I paid to be close to the pool but got put out by the parking lot. My kids loved the pool area and I loved the tiki bar by it The only thing that wasn’t enjoyable was the cost of the buffet per person and the buffet was tiny.. and that we had to pay per person for the transportation to the port that was 7 mins away .. after paying over $300 to stay at the hotel. ...
