Hotel berdekatan Tissington Hall

"Will not be returning, staff not helpful at all, dog friendly but couldn’t even let the dog have a sausage at breakfast as they had ran out, they had also ran out of biscuits for the room, garden peas and orange juice. Not a cheap nights stay so these things should not be running out!! Best staff were the morning we were leaving, had they had been on all weekend it would have made it a more pleasant stay"

"Beautiful village location, picture perfect. Barn itself had everything we needed for a self catering break and was a charming place to stay"

"Beautiful location, wonderful property, delicious food, breakfast included, complimentary packed lunch and more....highly recommended."

"This property is beyond a ten in every way, it is everything an English country cottage should be. The village is delightful and the local pubs and people are very friendly. Lots of lovely walks. We were sad to leave."

"Excellent stay, really comfortable room with helpful staff. Restaurant was a gastronomic experience and I lived it."

"Great stay in a very friendly country inn. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, the Guinness was great, the bed was really comfortable and I look forward to coming back. One note if you’re an American like me— don’t just ask Siri to get directions to the Dog & Partridge because apparently there’s a pub with that name in every village, lol. When I finally got to the right one, though, it was worth it!"

"Comfortable room, friendly staff. Had pleasant meal one night, and enjoyed cooked breakfast. Spent few hours in pub lounge, great atmosphere. Small point, we were in room 9 which was noisy at night due to extractor fan out side. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Nice lounge to relax and read. Breakfast was great quality, lots of choice and good coffee! We booked a private room with ensuite which was in the barn annex. This was basic, but ok, but the heating wasn't working in that building. Soaking wet after 20mile walk. Staff eventually moved us to another private room, 4 bed, in the main building. On arrival at 5pm was told to order dinner before 6.30pm as there was a large group booked in at 7pm. So we did at 6.00pm only to be told the chef was now...

"Room was filthy, dust, dirt and cobwebs. Bathroom smelt like poo. Sink leaked. Entire room smelt of damp. Bed atrocious. The pillows were flat as pancakes and very old. Fridge didn't work. Staff friendly."

"Lovely house and very quiet location which is what I loved . Everything you needed in terms of kitchen facilities /utensils etc . Lovely comfy bed , down side was late check in 4pm and early check out out 10am , no breakfast included but other than than lovely ."

"Great location for Matlock Bath illumination. Hotel has an Indian restaurant which was popular but we had already booked elsewhere. The hotel is generally clean and tidy but some aspects of cleaning could be improved. The shower doors and bathroom floor would have benefited from a better clean. Good parking facilities on site and friendly staff. Hotel is a bit tired but places to stay in Matlock bath with parking are limited. All in all, good value for money."

"A good hotel in a really beautiful setting. Good quality food in restaurant at a sensible price. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Additional bonus of a geothermally heated olympic size outdoor pool. Easy on-site free parking."
