Great place at the entrance of Tirolo

Thank you Mattia the receptionist guy for the professionalism and the smile! Very helpful and did his utmost to make our stay comfortable. The welcome drinks were a very nice gesture from the hotel, and the breakfast was just amazing.

Makellos sauberes Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal und ein wirklich hereinragendes Frühstück und Abendessen. Sehr schöner Spa, nur etwas wenig Liegeflächen wenn er gut genutzt wird (und die Leute die Liegen blockieren). Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert und ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

TRES bel hôtel, rien à redire sur l'accueil , la propreté , la convivialité du lieu . Parfait ! Peut-être un bémol sur le restaurant et ses tarifs , c'est surfait, on n'est pas dans un étoilé, pourtant les tarifs le laissent à croire. Il manque l'effet waouh pour justifier.

Struttura molto curata nei dintorni di Merano. Centro città facilmente accessibile anche con gli autobus. Personale molto cortese e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Piscina riscaldata meravigliosa con vista sulla città. Ristorante con cucina di ottimo livello. Insomma consigliatissimo.

Besser geht es kaum - alles perfekt

Es war alles perfekt - zuerst zu erwähnen die Mitarbeiter, der Service, die (unserer Meinung nach) Senior-Chefs waren ständig präsent und waren immer für einen kleinen Plausch zu haben. Mit solchen Mitarbeitern hat man quasi schon gewonnen. Aber auch der Rest war natürlich perfekt, die Zimmer, das gesamte Hotel, die Bar, der Infinity-Pool. Leider hat das SomVita nun weiter Stammgäste hinzugewonnen. Solche positive Bewertungen soll man ja eigentlich nicht teilen, aber im Internet ist ja kaum noch was ein Geheimtipp.
