Simple, price was right. Too many weird classic pictures of women everywhere, but the rest of the stay was excellent. Nice room with balcony, good bed. Great location on the road out of town. Nice hills nearby.

Dirty place with nice staff

Really friendly and helpful staff. Except from that, there is no reason to stay at this hotel. Extremely dirty, broken air condition, and the view is literally a landfill.

The room was clean, huge and well equipped with comfortable beds, minibar, nice bathroom, balkone etc. (European Standard **** Hotels) The service was excellent as we were proactively asked if we would like to have breakfast even after breakfast time and so we were served individually. This was something we will never forget - thanks to the staff for this great experience.

The owner / manager very nice, friendly & courteous but he needs to learn hotel management. It's nice building in very poor neighborhood and poorly maintained. At night they are closed and do not provide any service to their guests ... " we are closed" simple answer.

Déçue. Un hôtel pour dépanner 1 nuit

Très mauvais accueil. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais. Il n’avait pas notre réservation. On a demandé à imprimer nos billets d’avion mais il a refusé. La chambre est grande et aux normes 4 étoiles mais vue sur une décharge / casse auto et très mal insonorisé, on entendait les rapports intimes des voisins. Au delà de ça c’est un rapport qualité/prix correcte. Mais je ne resterais pas plus d’une nuit

the hotel is far from the city center just in the middle of junkyard. whole day and night there was a horrible smell in the air and we woke up because of horrible car crashing voices. they smash up the cars in a big land just behind the hotel. hotel is big but they didnt even know that we had reservation. the owner was kind but it wasnt enough. we didnt like the hotel. we were planning to stay 2nights but stayed only one night

I loved this hotel...but a dog barked all night...all night...under my window. I could not sleep. I hope they will talk with the dogs owners and ask them to keep him indoors so the rest of the world can rest.

Everything went better than expected

Apart from the location (which was not too bad considering we had a car), everything was great. The hotel was very pleasing to the eye and the staff was extremely attentive to our needs. Having had some trouble with hot water in some other accommodations I have had recently, it was a great touch that when we were escorted into our room, the person doing so actually checked that there's hot water in there. In addition, I guess since it was bit of an off-season, they upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge. There was a small language barrier and because of that we woke up too early for the breakfast. However, they even offered to make us something before the actual starting time, which we refused as we didn't want to be of trouble. After already checking out, they let us use a conveniently placed hose to wash our car which we were just about to return to the car rental at the airport. I got nothing but great things to say about them. Was extremely nice to stay in such a good place at the end of our stay in Albania and relax a bit. Thank you again!
