"A/C was TERRIBLE!!! States it was 60 in the room but it was terribly hot. Miserable sleep. Beds not comfortable at all. Cheap mattresses. You would think all hotels would have at least comfortable beds by now. Thankfully I was able to open the window and it was mid 60s overnight so we were able to get some cool air in and finally sleep. Lady up front was not likeable. "I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Alliance Airport. The hotel was very nice and clean, and the staff showed excellent hospitality—they were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with guest needs. The only downside was the breakfast selection, which I wish had offered a few more options. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the Fort Worth Alliance area!"

"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"Checked in around 7 pm and that was good. Went out for awhile and then came back. As we looked around there was a makeshift toilet tank top that didn't come close to fitting. Fell asleep lying on top of the bedspread but crawled under the covers some time during the night. Woke up the next morning and found what looked to be some black stains on the sheets...a big crawling on the bed and one crawling on my wife's bag. Pulled out the desk chair and found a huge stain in the middle of it. Got...

"Picture on your site (expedia) needs to be taken down. That hotel doesn't look nothing like that. My wife and I didn't even stay there. Better business burrow has been notified "

"Our stay was adequate. The staff was present and accommodating, but the overall feel of the hotel was rundown. We were 2, staying for a week, but we got 1 each washcloth, hand towel and coffee cup. There were 2 bath towels, but we prefer not to share our face cloths & hand towels. When I asked for the missing towels & more cups, her response was "so you want another wash cloth?" Um... We didn't have the breakfast, so can't comment on it, but we probably would not stay at this hotel again."

"The entire staff is very rude; they treat you terribly and are very racist. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Furthermore, they kicked me out of the place because I couldn't speak English well, and now they refuse to refund my money, even though I didn't use the service."
