"We had a lovely room with a large bathtub. The bed was very comfortable. The town lost power but we still had hot water which was awesome as it allowed us to have hot showers in the morning. They also made arrangements for a complimentary hot breakfast our second morning when the power was back on. Holly was excellent and enabled us to check in even without the power. "The room was clean, the staff were great and friendly. We had booked the compact room which was okay for a one night stay. Had all the necessary facilities. Great shower. Receptionist informed us that there was a jam session on that night and we managed it for a short while before we had to go as in Greenock for a family celebration. Continental breakfast was included in the price but a hot breakfast could be purchased. Excellent hotel for the price."

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"
