"This hotel allows pets, so the neighbors dog woke up early and didn't stop barking since 6am. In my room, there were some dead bugs on the floor, and it smelled moist/wet. The room was still good amd comfortable. I slept well when thedog was gonethe next day. The food was good, with eggs and sausage served. The staff is not the approachable type, but they still provided good amicable service when I asked for extra laundry bags."

"I was very happy with my stay at the Trail Inn in Amana. The location is perfect. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is walkable. My room was incredibly clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner was top-notch! It actually went down to 60 degrees!!!! Because the heat index was over 100, I definitely used it. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The TV was out from day one. He had said that it was due to weather, but we never had it at all the entire weekend we were there. The room was somewhat clean. There was some marks on the walls by the bed look like maybe from feet or furniture and the area where you would blow dye your hair that had the mirror for makeup had no electricity going to it so I couldn’t use the blow dryer or put makeup on in that area or comb my hair or anything he said since it was a holiday weekend he wasn’t going...

"Hotel staff was very good. The Indian owned hotels like to cut on various costs and it is for few a dollars, they will ruin the reputation of a franchise. Just a simple example, in breakfast they had kids cereals, nothing like raisin barn or granola, it cost about two dollars extra for a box of cereals because hotel was empty. In fruits just apples. For milk I had to ask to fill the container. Just little things like this where there may be a difference of about 10-15 dollars but this is an...
