Your check in and maintenance staff are (always) great. Your guest rooms and gym are dated and could use some TLC-but your location is always convenient for me-so I will continue to stay there whenever I am in town.

Sheets had stains, garbage on the floor hair in the shower and on the sink faucet. We had a handicap shower but it is unsafe non handicap. The shower head is over to far which makes you have to stand on the curve of the tub. One of the people with me slipped and fell out of the shower. Staff at front desk were very accommodating. Offered us water but then realized they didn’t have any.

We needed several nights in a clean, budget friendly place, that was close to the hospital. This was just perfect. Great value and location, very clean, but the best part was the very friendly and accommodating staff and owner. We very much appreciated a hot breakfast, hospital shuttle and friendly faces.

The room was exactly what I needed for a quick trip to watch the Hawkeye game. Convenient location, within walking distance to the game. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and checked me in an hour early. The bed was comfy and the room was pretty clean. Nice sized TV but a lot of the channels were glitching. The bathroom needs an update badly
