"The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so welcoming and very helpful. The room was immaculate and had everything we could need. I was particularly impressed with the balcony size and furnishings - it was just perfect for sitting out watching the sunrise with a coffee. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great selection of both hot and cold. Would recommend you hire bikes and go along the promenade so many places to eat, drink and look around - the reception staff were great at...

"Lovely hotel in a quiet area but with shops and bars within easy walking distance."

"Great rooms, staff were super helpful & breakfast every morning was delicious!"

"Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance."

"Unfortunately, my review is too long to be contained within these confinements of 1500 characters so I’ll summarise. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend THB Flora. What should have been a lovely mini-moon / attending our friends’ wedding was dampened and inconvenienced by the abysmal service of THB Flora. When we got to our apartment, it looked tired and unswept, and we soon learned that the shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. We put up with this. Until, on our final night, but...

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Todo perfecto"

"Magnifique séjour. Au dessus de la ville avec l.ocean en paysage. Les petits jardins. Les odeurs. Piscine légèrement petite. Mais le reste au top. Chambre. Propreté chaque jour. Personel très charmant. Un grand merci à Marie de l accueil. Profitez..."

"Ok holiday not sure if truly 4-stars definitely family oriented"

"Nice and clean, nice atmosphere and great location. Showing signs of age but very comfortable. I would stay again."

"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"Our room had a bad smell coming from the shower, we had to move rooms to a lower standard with no view (previous room had a balcony view) Staff were slow to respond or didn't seem that interested. After we moved we noticed the maintenance staff working on the drain outside. Other room was clean, and no smell so not too inconvenient."
