"The accommodation was super clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay. Only downside was that bedrooms were upstairs which was difficult as one of us had recent back surgery - didn't know beforehand that all 2 bedroom apartments were over two floors. Apart from that we had a lovely stay."

"Stayed for 2 nights beginning of May in a deluxe room, allocated room 2 which is lovely, comfortable, very spacious, with four poster bed, seating area and huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. "The staff are really friendly, the room is a good size and the beds comfy. The room is clean, but unfortunately as soon as we opened the door we were hit by the smell of smoke. It’s a non smoking room, but clearly the previous occupants had been smoking. The cleaner had left the window open and we were given an air freshener to spray but it didn’t help. The hotel was full so couldn’t be moved. A real shame, a child and 2 non smokers, it spoilt the stay really."

"The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences."
