"This is a wonderful place to stay if you enjoy quirky old houses, which I do. The manager was welcoming and helpful. She had a nice array of breakfast items available and offered to make me something else if needed (I have dietary restrictions). You can get coffee, tea or snacks in the dining room at any time. The hotel is in a pleasant neighborhood and convenient to where I needed to be during the day. Easy street parking, or use the small lot behind the house. This is not a spit and polish kind of place but relaxed, comfortable and charming. I would definitely go back."

Over all our experience was very good and for the price, $83 all in, was the obvious choice of lodging in the area. I happily recommend it…"

"Adorable little out-of-the-way resort with heated indoor pool and hot tub. Our apartment had an upstairs in a downstairs with a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. We even had a hot tub and a sauna! Super clean and super adorable. Perfect for visiting our daughter at Binghamton University. It was a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the travel."
