" Checked into our room to find only half the water actually working. Brought that to the attention of the front desk, and they promised to look into it in the next few minutes and get back to me. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk in person to find that the front desk person I was speaking to had left for the day. Obviously, I was a little bit an Obviously, I was a little bit annoyed. Front desk person number 2 didn’t like that I was annoyed and thought I was blaming her for the problem. I said no, I was just annoyed because the person I spoke to was gonna get to the bottom of the issue and get it fixed for me and then left for the day. Anyway, not rocket science, but I asked them to move us to a different room which they were able to do… so not a total loss, but a glitch they should have handled better than that. We won’t be back. "

"The room was nice but the hot water didn’t work in shower , we traveled 10 hours from Florida and just wanted to take a hot shower, for $96 a night you should provide hot water. Staff was very pleasant and helpful with TV issues. "

"This hotel is under construction. Just keep that in mind. Very limited amenities. Breakfast was not great. Coffee was good. Room we had very small, but we were only there for one night."

"Ran out of toilet paper & tissues. Wet washcloth found in room from previous guests. Great water pressure for shower. Quiet. Comfortable beds. Had to pick & choose outlets to charge phones. Some outlets on nightstand lamp wouldn't work. No bugs, but carpet rather dirty."
