"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "

"The manager and staff were super nice which is really what made our stay. They went over and beyond to make us comfortable. The facilities are average but some of it does need an update as the A/C units are really loud and the curtains aren't in great condition. Also the Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms and so to use Wi-Fi you need to go to the common area which in the evenings gets a TON of mosquitoes so that wasn't idea. But the pool was nice and landscaping was well-maintained. "

No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation. Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable. Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night."
