"This place made us feel like we were transported to another time - in the best way possible. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location is walkable to the city center with shopping and dining options. The laundry service was very reasonable as well - wash/dry/fold service provided by 9am the next morning. We truly enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse."

"Good: Alexandria is a cheerful hostess and made our stay pleasant. The room is clean and has everything you need. Bonus: to have a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Bad: Need user-friendly instructions with translation for appliances. There are no details about the Wifi. Overall, I had a wonderful stay in Volos."

"Great location next to the monasteries. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided information about the area. It’s a cute guesthouse with a little shared kitchen with fridge, stove top, coffee and kitchen utensils/ plates etc. The room was small but had a mini fridge and was well decorated. " The owners, Mary and Spiros were very accommodative and cordial and staff as well. The room was comfortable but the booking site did not inform us that the room we selected was below ground. This was compensated by the availability of a garden with table outside of our room once we came up and outside. This is not the fault of the proprietors but more of the booking site. "

"Beautifully remote and peaceful — perfect for a break from busy city life. The drive up includes a somewhat stressful mountain road, so while AWD isn’t strictly necessary, it’s definitely preferred. Once you arrive, it’s all worth it. The views are absolutely stunning, and the sea is crystal clear with lots of fish — ideal for swimming and relaxing. The place is quiet, almost secluded, which adds to the charm. Overall a great experience, though the price is on the higher side."
