"I think this was my fourth or fifth time staying there. All I can tell you is that everything about it is perfection, but not in a stuffy way. Five stars on every count was not an exaggeration. The staff are so warm and welcoming and treat you like an old friend even on the first visit. The location couldn’t be any better. A safe pedestrian street with easy access to the tube and shopping and strolling."

"Very convenient location, room was a good size, air conditioning was nice and cold, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We rented a club room which included drinks and food at the cafe 24/7 which was very nice. The bathroom was a little strange and uncomfortable for us as it was myself, my husband, and my 22 year old daughter. The bathroom is made of frosted glass so you can still see into the bathroom and hear everything."
