"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "

"The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch."

"Great location - very easy to get from Europa Bus Centre. Overall, I had a great stay - small rooms, so be prepared, but that’s obvious from the description and pictures. I stayed just as the COVID crisis began, and the staff were incredibly helpful in asking questions and helping visitors.
