"Noel and Cathy are absolutely wonderful!!! Such warm and welcoming people. The view is gorgeous and it's so quiet. It was such a wonderful and welcomed change from the hotels we stayed in. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Probably the best breakfast we ate all week. They have a world map with pins that indicate where people come from that have stayed. "The accommodations at Tara Lodge were perfect for a short stay in Belfast with easy access to the Titanic Museum and BHD airport. The staff and service were superior specifically highlighting Helena and Ricky who were always pleasant, helpful, friendly, and offering assistance. The included breakfast was fantastic. Checking in was a breeze the young gentleman who checked was very informative and very friendly, all the staff we Interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was lovely a good selection on offer , plentiful and hot. Room was spacious ,spotless . Bed was comfortable. Shower room clean. Would definitely stay here again."

"Couldn’t say enough positives about this hotel. The check in process was so easy and we got there early but they still let us have access to our room without an additional charge (rare in this day and age!). The staff were so accommodating, I had hurt my ankle a few days prior and required icing which they were only too willing to make a temporary ice bag for me. Great location as it’s easy access into the city centre and the main transport link into Belfast and the airports. The breakfast...

"The neatest of the building, the view from the windows are amazing ,the only problem is you have to always activate your room card anytime you come back from outside if not you can’t get access to the room and that’s quite stressful."

"The place was so loud with constant music and parties it was too much. Rooms are too small as well. Not desirable at all"

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently). Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily. Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."

"Room was so clean and staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant as we could choose what we wanted. Parking was handy and getting our ticket validated by hotel was so handy. We will be booking again and will be recommending to our friends as it was so handy into centre of town"

"The Stormont is in a great location in Belfast. Our room did have a few maintenance needs, in particular a shower that was difficult to regulate due to malfunctioning taps and a lamp that wasn’t working. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff in the lounge were extremely helpful and courteous. Overall, it was a good stay."
