"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"

"Hotel is good. Hockey teams stayed here and took over the entire lobby and outside sitting area. They were also very loud."

"This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure"

"My stay was wonderful! Hafsa at the front desk when out of her way to be helpful and make my stay better. Upon my arrival she made it possible for my room to be across the hall from my son. I really appreciated her. The breakfast was well maintained and a very nice selection. I would stay here again!"

"Happy that we got so much space—a two-bedroom kitchenette suite with a balcony—but this is not a walkable space. If we had not had our car, we would have been stranded in the suburbs in a business park. —Also, there is no room service ; you must use DoorDash if you want food once you’re tucked in. Beyond that, they only do room cleaning once a week, but we were able to get towels and to put our trash out each morning, which is a bonus. Also, no included breakfast, which meant trying to find...

"I probably won’t come back as the pool area was dirty, anytime you went to the front desk nobody was there. They left a sign that they would be back in 10 minutes."
