"We had a very enjoyable stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, thanks largely to its fantastic location, great food, and excellent staff, though there are a few areas that could be improved. The location is brilliant, with a beautiful beachfront setting, and the watersports were great, adding real value to the stay. "Staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were a large family group and they always kept us together dining. The chef cooked the fish some of the fisherpeople among us caught to perfection. Have to do more about keeping the birds at bey in the dining room. They were much too aggressive and had too much open access to the buffet presenting potential health concerns. Rice and beans were a bit disappointing for the carribean. Also, more variety on the menu needed. It was always fresh, but a...

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."
