Given a standard free drink, told to sit in the bar and we'd be told when ready. 40 mins later went and asked if ready and told we hadn't checked in. "Self check inn hat nicht funktioniert. Hat meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Zum Glück waren da 2 Bedienstete die sich extra in System einloggen mussten damit sie meine Buchung sehen konnten. Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch im Bad. Ich bat darum ein 2. Handtuch zu bringen- was nie passierte. In Dusche fehlt Ablage für eigene Produkte. Dreht man amWaschbecken auf,dann spritzt es unkontrolliert und man ist direkt nass- da fehlt was im Wasserhahn. Mengen- und Temperaturregler in Dusche muss man erst...

"The place was very clean and the staff were polite. It’s a bit far from central London but very well connected by the tube and buses."

"It is a brand new hotel, opened mid May 2026. We stayed during the bank holiday weekend. It is greatly connected to the city centre in the modern financial district of Canary Wharf. Very easy to find from the underground stations are they provide are owed signage where to go, where to turn. Room itself was spacious, kitchenette well equipped. Staff was polite and very helpful. We also used late check out which casts £30. Definitely will consider the hotel for our next stay."

"The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning. When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off. Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"Run!!! Stayed at this hotel for a wedding and the staff was thoroughly incompetent. Our reservation couldn’t be found and the front desk overcharged us and put us in a spare room not even listed on the website (double bed and no working AC). Miserable experience from start to finish. We were far from the only wedding guests to experience issues with check-in and AC."
