"Lovely apartment near the train station and about 25 minutes walk to the centre . Good communication from the owner before our arrival and warm welcome when we arrived. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely choice of breakfast items in the fridge and fresh bread , pastries and fruit brought to us in the morning . Highly recommended ! Thanks ! "

"Staff were really accommodating and friendly, there was a good amount of games to occupy the children in the communal area, which was vibrant and welcoming. Great music and vibe. Great location with good transport links and restaurants/cafes. A short walk to city centre. Room clean and refreshed daily, although carpet could've been better vacuumed as visibly dusty and pieces of food / hair from previous guests. Great room layout though storage was lacking especially for a family. Would stay...

"Situated in a convenient location to many sites of interest. Staff were welcoming, rooms had all the necessary amenities one would need during their stay for comfort and the highlight for me was their extensive breakfast buffet range in a cosy table setting. I would highly recommend The Hotel for anyone wishing to enjoy their time here in Brussels."

"The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and when we mislaid one of our belongings in our room after we had checked out the cleaner found it for us. The room was clean and quiet. We were woken early by works in the street outside, but that’s to be expected when you stay in such a central location. "

"We had a fantastic stay! Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable. There is a lift (great for when we checked in with luggage) and staircase. The decor is beautiful and there are a lot of breathtaking pieces of vintage furniture throughout the hotel. The location was perfect! Lots of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro is a short and easy walk. We would most definitely stay here again! "
