"The inn is beautifully located on the seafront we had a lovely room overlooking the water. Room was very comfortable and the staff were cheerful and helpful. It was also handy to be able to just walk downstairs to the cosy pub for supper. Would definitely stay here again."

"The property was as in pictures apart from the entrance, which was around the back of the property on an uneven surface and up a steep metal wet staircase. Would suggest slated blinds as the sun makes the property very hot especially at the velux window above the sink. Overall, a pleasant stay in a lovely sea side town. "

"We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem"

"The bottom lock on the front door is too stiff. One side of the double bed is broken. There is no mention of the parking permit and car park on the agents website. "
