"We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area."

"This is a gem of a motel in a perfect location for beach access (or to nearby Kingston, Wakefield etc.). It was immaculate and so well maintained with a friendly staff. The room was lovely, there was plenty of hot water, I was so grateful for in room coffee and mini fridge and the 6:30 AM coffee in the office! "The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we...

Also if you have a room on a Monday, most of the day and all night there is no one working at all- you are alone! And on Tuesday when we needed to check out, there was no one working. We had to leave the keys in an unlocked room. "
