"This was my first time staying at the Lux hotel. I chose it because it was close to the stadium where my grand daughter's graduation was held and because it was supposed to have a restaurant. When we arrived tired and not wanting to drive anymore, we were told that the restaurant was close. My family states the restaurant closed down reasons unsure. However, the carpet in the rooms are past due for a good shampooing and the bathtub could use some attention removing the ring around it and a good repair and paint job over the tub and ceiling. Perhaps the other rooms were in better shape. We did'nt complain because we were only there for one night and the beds were clean and comfortable. My husband said the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The front desk staff was nice as well."

"Front desk person was never at the desk. When I checked in I waited at the front desk for about 15-20min before the front desk person came to check me in, and that was after ringing the bell twice. They don't have an elevator and when I got to my room on the 2nd floor with 4 bags my room was hot and smelled like urine. My sheets also had hair in them which made me believe they weren't changed or the person changing the bed had alot of hair shedding. Also the bath tub looked nasty. The breakfast options were horrible they only had the options of yogurt, honey buns, cereal, bananas/apples and thick nasty waffles. I would never stay there again!!"
