"The staff was the best part of the stay to me. Everyone was so friendly. The hotel was in a great and convenient area for us. It would’ve been nice if there was a direct connect from the parking garage to the hotel but that doesn’t even begin to overshadow the 5 stars in everything else from the breakfast to the staff. I will definitely book with them when I visit Houston. "

"First time staying at a CitizenM. Small room, with enough space. Large bed, tablet controls the TV, lights, music. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Quick response to requests. Nice lobby with niches to work in. Nice bar and eating area. No complaints at all. "

"Enjoyed our stay her to celebrate my husband's birthday. The 2br Villa was spacious, clean and most of all quiet just what we wanted. Plenty to do on property and the pools were nice and clean. Only con was price for parking I wish it was just included and not having to pay an additional expense but besides that the place and staff, grounds keepers were very nice, politely and helpful "
