There were stains on the comforters and towels but some didn’t have it so it wasn’t a big deal. It was a quick stay. The property was well maintained. We didn’t get approved for late checkout but the breakfast is good.

The hotel is right off of the highway and was easy to access many of the places I was going. It is a much older hotel and the sounding area is not the best neighborhood. The staff were super friendly and our room was very clean. The morning breakfast was a nice bonus.

Overall, my stay there wasn't bad. I've stayed at hotels that were way worse. This hotel was decent, rooms were cold, bathrooms were decently cleaned, big TV with cable, and the room and beds themselves were nice. The location itself where the hotel is stationed is a little sketchy. A lot of free loaders are hanging around especially since it's near a gas station and highway. I can't say I felt the most safe staying there but luckily I was accompanied by friends. I can't comment on the breakfast per say because I never had time to stop and eat. I did notice a lot of things were out of service though (i.e drink machine). Staff was always present at the front desk for assistance.

The staff were very welcoming the minute we walked in. She was very friendly and checked us in effortlessly and the lobby was pristine, open and airy. The room felt so fresh and safe. The bed was so comfortable I immediately fell asleep. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to say someplace safe. Very nice breakfast. Good variety of food.

The room was very clean. Staff was always helpful. Parking was good as well. The only two things i didn’t like was a weird smell in the hallway and you have to wait until morning if you need new bedding or towels.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The breakfast was good with the typical sausage, eggs, and sometimes gravy for biscuits. However, they ran out of sausage before the end of breakfast time and wouldn't put out more. The rooms were great, clean and staff helpful. However, they were very stingy with towels and blankets. They wouldn't give us an extra blanket for the first few days of our stay and when we wanted more towels, we literally had to hand them our dirty ones and they counted how many there were and gave us only that many clean ones. We had four people in the hotel room and only two shower towels so when we asked for two more they gave us little pool towels.

Overall good experience, although we did encounter some rude people walking through the hallway around 3:00am and they were very loud and not concerned about others being asleep. The parking lot could use TLC ,the lighting is not great and the outside of the property could use some attention. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always available is needed. The breakfast was adequate but could use a little more verity.
