Hotel Dekat The Soraya

"Limpio y fácil acceso"

"Everything was great!"

"The hotel is right next to a train, so you hear it go by a few times in the day. The hotel gave us ear plugs but honestly wasn't enough. Still loud. The floors were laminate which was nice for cleanliness, but it was cold in the room. Shower and restroom was stocked and clean. Also, it was a rainy evening when I arrived and there were towels surrounding the patio doors on the 2nd floor. Not sure if there was a leak or the water was just seeping through, but it was concerning. All in all of...

"The Restaurant, ( Runway ), was very good... The Toilet had an issue but they fixed it very quickly. The hotel was clean and aid out well. The hotel is very close to the LA rams training center so you will see a bunch of very big guys around the property. No big deal, Just a bunch of football player sized folks. All in all, it was a very good experience"

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that."

"Great"

"They overcharged the room"

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁"

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"Good location, staff not helpful, room not cleaned well and bathroom rusted out. Rock placed at back door due to security plate not working. Not very safe!"

"My room was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. The hotel has a Starbucks right downstairs if you’re looking for a quick bite and coffee on your way out the door. The hotel restaurant is standard hotel fair, though service was a bit slow the evening I dined there. This Marriott is very close to the Topanga Plaza mall, with many other dining options. Parking is an overnight fee, but is ample and in a shaded private garage."

"Super clean rooms, great location."

"Close proximity to restaurants and shopping and groceries."
