"The front desk lady had horrible customer service. The room was nonsmoking but smelled like smoke and dirty. There were rat droppings on the ice machine that you have to pay for. Ridiculous!! The housekeepers were nice but the front desk lady the rudest Ill never come back here rather pay 20 more and go to a decent hotel where front desk makes you feel welcomed."

"The room itself was what we expected being we were only there for the night. The parking is scary. You have to enter and exit on the same little road if you want to call it that. And at exactly 11 AM as we were packing to leave we had a loud knock on our door telling us it’s time to check out. Seemed excessive to come and tell me when it’s clearly laid out that checkout was at 11 and we were literally already on our way out. "The lobby was really pretty and the room was updated. The rest of the exterior of the building is really shabby and there was a homeless person living in the parking lot, albeit she was very nice. I understand that improvements are very expensive and they take time but it was quite noticeable that the building needed some love. The to go breakfast provided in the lobby was very nice."
