"Easy Check in easy check out parking you have to pay so being a member save your pocket they had room service food was delicious maybe more soap in the room"

"The glass wall is paper thin you would hear the outside noise as if there is no glass at all. The room was so dusty my throat and the lung felt so stuffy and hurt a lot after one night of sleeping. Somehow, their room key card is recycled Intercontinental Hotel Group's key card. It looks so unprofessional."

"The sheets are clean, the pillows are moldy. The towels physically hurt to use. The toilet paper was porta-potty quality. Great location; there were many bus stops nearby as well as shops and restaurants. Solid 4/10 option, there are definitely far far worse out there."

"I would not highly recommend it the fact that they don't have your room ready on time when you get there the communication for rooms is horrible and not only that when they say there is a refrigerator or microwave in the room wasnt available and the tendant said none none of the rooms have them"

"Very convenient location in Belmont neighborhood and short walk/drive to Hawthorne neighborhood. Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet building with hardwood floors and character with built-ins. Easy to find free on-street parking. Would stay here again. Only issue was staff didn't respond to request fir extra towels."
