"The hotel is very warm and welcoming. It’s old world Colombia. There is beautiful tile and the rooms have balconies. Definitely not the place if you stay at large complexes but if you like small hotels with charm, this is a great choice in a lovely neighborhood."

"Initially I did not feel comfortable and I expressed it and that human group of the hotel changed my mentality, they collaborated with me a lot, the attention from Claudia was fabulous, they made me feel very good, I have visited several hotels and the human service of this hotel made a big difference. "The basic King bedroom was ample in size. The pool rooftop had a nice view of the mountains and the city. I didn't visit the other pools. The hotel restaurant (Mediterranean fusion) was ok. I recommend eating elsewhere, it's convenient but not great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I purchased the breakfast onsite instead of paying during the Expedia booking and that was a BIG mistake. They charged me $28 USD! So if you see the option to pay for breakfast when you book the room, just pay the $7 USD!"

"The bathroom was not clean enough and the shower needs repairs. All the people working there are really nice and always helping in any way, but the best was Zugey, this lady was very good to us, we are going to remember her for ever. The location of the Hotel is perfect ,many restaurants near by and a big supermarket too."

"The hotel stay was an incredible value for the nightly rate. The hotel counts with an small underground parking garage for guests. Breakfast was included and there were hot items like eggs cooked different styles and calentado (rice and beans) and cold cuts, cheese, fruit and baked goods. Breakfast was generally good but some of the fruit (and the dessert from the night before) was frozen and tasteless. There is a pool and gym on-site but I cannot evaluate them as I did not use those facilities. Wi-fi is free and the access points appear to be room specific. I was able to stream movies without any performance issues. The room was clean and although I was on the 10th floor, there was city noise early in the morning (~5 to 6AM) that came through a screen by the shower (not a window but rather a framed mosquito mesh). The staff was top-notch, from the attendant in the front lobby to the server in the restaurant as well as the administrative staff. I would recommend the hotel to those that are looking for a clean, safe and pleasant stay if you need to be in that part of Santiago de Cali."
