"Spent a couple of very relaxing nights here, great Pub with lovely, well equipped rooms and cracking continental breakfast, didn't eat but food looked lovely, hence the busy restaurant, great selection of craft beers, ciders and spirits, all very reasonably priced. Fantastic staff who couldn't be more friendly or helpful, highly recommended & won't hesitate to return. "

"This hotel was a real find. Very friendly staff, our room was very comfortable with lovely toiletries and bathroom extras in a bag. We were taken to our room by a very nice man who left fresh milk and home baked cookies. Our meal was excellent and the breakfast freshly cooked, and quite a lot of choice."

"Lovely stay, very friendly helpful staff couldn’t do enough for us. Twin room no 4 small but very comfy, very nicely decorated, nice views to the left. Lovely bathroom with nice hot shower. We had an evening meal and breakfast there the food was lovely, service excellent. Plenty of parking, nothing much near by but that suited us. Would highly recommend and hope to return sometime. If you want to eat there at night make sure you book a table in advance, we weren’t made aware of this before hand...
