"The beds were very old and uncomfortable. We could feel the springs in all the beds. We were grateful for the fan in the closet. Parking was really tight but we managed. Overall it was a place to lay our heads and shower."

A 10 minute walk to Pier 39 and close to the Cable Car stops etc. Our room was a little noisy as it overlooked the rear of "Bimbos" so we had to keep the window shut but we had aircon which we needed."

As a way to compensate for the “Nob Hill fee” we were offered 2 tickets to the Legion of Honor museum (which we used since we love it and we already had planned to go), 2 $10 credit toward food/beverage consumption at the restaurant and 2 bottles of water. It turned out that the credit was not per person, but per room!? Our room was spacious, clean with a large and comfortable bed. A plus to stay at this hotel (stayed 5 or 6...
