"My room was renovated. I estimate approximately 4 to 5 years ago. It was clean. Neat. The exterior is in decent shape. It does need a coat of paint and some cosmetic updates like refinished or new entry doors and door trims and some nicer landscaping. Some hanging flower pots would give the place a nicer feel. The price range it's a good value."
