"tv never had signal so we could not watch anything. Thankfully we had ipad Stayed on 2nd floor and kids ran up and down hallways well into the night keeping noise!!!!"

"Upon entering the hotel it seemed to be a place to party. The Hotel smelled like cigarettes. My daughter felt uncomfortable being in this hotel. Waited 10 minutes at front desk for staff to check us in. The hotel was extremely outdated annd smelled. Asked staff at desk to refund hotel room and they refused to refund hotel through Expedia. I would strongly discourage anyone to stay in this hotel. I have stayed at country inn and suites before this was by far the worst."

"Would love to come back and hate that we only got to stay one night. Super clean and comfortable run and house. So nice to be able to enjoy coffee on the front porch in the morning and choose between incredible breakfast options."

"The property is undergoing significant renovations. They do not disclose this until you get there. This should be disclosed before the guests arrive. Things are kind of a mess. And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance."

"I never leave negative reviews and overall we loved the hotel. Beware, however, the hotel charged me a balance remaining between them and Expedia stating I needed to seek a refund from Expedia for them underpaying my stay. I paid the same price on Expedia as the advertised hotel rate. I was also charged for parking on property and did not. I’ve left messages since my stay for the GM and have not heard back him."
