"The hotel’s location is very convenient , especially if you are going to the caves and explore the historical sites. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Thumbs up for our driver ! Javits was super helpful, polite, reliable and affordable . He picked us up at the airport, took us around for 2 full days , and even took us to a local restaurant, where we met Ali, the friendly owner, and we had the most delicious indian meals. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "Ac not working and remote not working. Room above kitchen made it very hot. Chairs were broken."

"Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay."
