"We stayed 1 night at Arlo passing through on our way to South Carolina and all I can say is we wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was amazing from the roof top bar to the care from all the staff. We will definitely be returning to Arlo for a longer stay soon."

"The staff were very unfriendly especially the house keeping folks. The beds had blood stains and they didn't even change it. The room service guys cleans up everyday but they dont change the linens even if it had got stains and they dont refill the coffee & tea items daily - we need to keep asking them everyday - such a big name but poor upkeep."
