The staff is welcoming and there are so many extra special touches like, kits for making smores, games, chocolate dipped strawberries in the room with personalized handwritten note, bathrobes, charging spots and water kettle. "We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
