"Wonderful place. Only negative comments: the bathroom sliding door is extremely heavy and the small bar of soap for the bathroom sink gets very sticky. After the first use it clings to the tray so fiercely it’s hard to use. A liquid soap dispenser is sorely needed. They have a lotion dispenser by the sink but not a soap one. "

"The downtown location was ideal, with walkable access to restaurants and stores. The retention of the historic character of the building was lovely and the room was clean and well-appointed. However, because of the location along the main drag, parking can be a hassle and traffic noise, especially on a Saturday night, was annoyingly loud. The rest of my stay was very enjoyable."

"Parking is a bit cramped, but there's also on street parking. We stayed in the downstairs room with two queen beds. Lovely set up on ground floor, but the shower, meant for handicap accessibility, did not fully drain, leaving the floor with inch-deep water. Very slippery even when most of the water was gone."

"Pool is small. The area has some sketchy people around it once you pass the railroad tracks (which you have to pass to get in and out to the main road.) One of the outlets was coming out of the wall and there was still hair in the shower."

"The hotel we booked wasnt wver open. I had to go to thw nextbdoor hotel to check in. The office was a mess. Dirty. Our room was the grossest room id ever stayed in. The room was dirty, jad the nastiest smell the bathtub/ shower was disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and dirty. Had to use my own blankets on the bed. Wasn't sure what to expect on the bed itself. I will never book another room here and would not recommend anyone else either. "

"Didn’t show up on the system I left a $60 deposit. Customer service is very bad expect for Jenny. She was able to figure it out after waiting. Rooms need a remodel ASAP. Won’t be back for sure."

"Our room was clean but very old, e.g. parts of floor peeling up, older mattress, old caulking, noisy AC. The breakfast offered was only coffee, juice, 2 cereals, and a muffin. The room was spacious, and the swim pool was clean."

"ask for dishes and pot set and you are good to go for cooking. brteakfast is coffee and hot water for tea and a packaged muffin, coffee was fine for me. full size fridge and freezer. staff are excellent when needed : )"

"Great place to stay if you are in Sonoma county. This is our 4th stay in last 2 years as we come up there for a short vacation. This place is great, very easy and friendly. Helpful staff. There is a mall very close and next door to Costco so very family friendly. Warm water pool is a plus that kids love. Plenty of restaurants nearby, covers wide range of choice. We will surely stay here again when we come up. "
