"Clean room and the staff was friendly. We stay here often, but this time the room we were in was a bit noisy. Everytime someone flushed a toilet, we could hear the rattle in the pipes and it was quite loud. Also, requested a late check out and it was $15 per hour. Latest we could do was 2 pm. On the Hilton website, it states that late check out is free if you're a hilton member. It also states that if you're a diamond member you could get an even later check out. "The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was absolutely fabulous but the noise from other guests was incredibly disruptive. unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't seem to care or do much about it. Large groups would take over the entire lobby, gym and swimming pool despite there being 'maximum persons' posters noted, the hotel staff seemed to overlook it and therefore left other guests without any space or time for enjoyment. "There was hair in the shower and some areas with dust in the room but other than that the stay was pleasant. The bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. "
