We were surprised to see major outside work which began at six am each morning.Our bedrooms were in a separate building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities in the bedroom were adequate for two people but there was insufficient tea/milk also only one hand towel and water glass. One positive was we were very near to the theatre which was our main reason for visiting Stratford upon Avon. Otherwise our stay at...

We received a lovely personal welcome, including a thoughtful card and a generous welcome pack with a nice bottle of wine, chocolates, tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits.
