"Clean and great bfast plus helpful staff"

"The water in the shower was lukewarm. The toilet was loose off the ground called and told them nobody came to deal with it when they clean the rooms. They just do the bed and put sheet towel towels. They don’t take out the garbage or anything like that and nothing was swept."

"Is a nice place to stay if you're visiting San Diego and moving in public transport. For my first time at a hostel, I really enjoyed my time here; people are respectful, quiet hours are respected, and your things are safe at all times. "When we got there I quickly understood it was not a traditional hotel. It had no lobby, or someone that can help you with any issues. The “hotel” connect with residential apartments. We found an infestation of ants and the number we called did not help, they refused to give us another room, they offered bug spray. Thermostat started malfunctioning and it got hot at night"

"Great housekeeping"
