My only issue was the hair my friend found on her clean washcloth, the giant bug that was in the bathroom that appeared out of nowhere and the housekeeping staff wanting to know if we were checking out and which room we were in. The cleaning didn’t need to occur until after we were gone."

"Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK."

"They take a photo copy of you ID without your consent and will not give you the copy back when you check out your room. I had to call police and they called the police as well, and asked me to leave or be arrested for trespassing. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL group of individuals. No manager on duty and they will give you an email to address issues instead of providing a phone number or any information to address any misunderstandings or issues. They have hidden policies that they won't provide...
