"Very attractive property a short drive from Downtown which meant the price was slightly lower. The only downside for me was a giant cockroach in the bathroom. The guy on the front desk did get rid of it for me and offered to switch my room, but I had unpacked by then. In hindsight I should have taken the room swap because I didn’t have a great night sleep after that. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly."

"The air conditioning is not working, the hair dryer is clogged with dust and does not work, the shower water pressure is very weak, and the shower drain is clogged and does not drain properly. On top of that, there is an overwhelming smell of bleach throughout the room.
This is completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected of a hotel. This is certainly not what I would expect from a hotel like yours. I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the room and the overall...

"Upon arrival we were greeted by an empty “lobby” that lacks a check in desk. After wandering around and waiting a while, I opened a door labeled laundry where a young woman was standing on the other side watching us from a monitor on her tablet. We called several times while trying to check in with no answer on the number listed. The pool and outdoor area were much dingier than pictured. The room was fine and the bed was reasonably comfortable. We did have to ask for towels each day as no one...

"The most charming hotel!
The rooms are cozy and luxurious, with jewel-toned walls, beautiful vintage art, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The large bathrooms are beautifully designed, and the lobby is a treasure with vintage finds and fun picture magazines. The water carafes and Keurig coffee in the room were thoughtful touches, and the mountain views make it even better."
