Good breakfast and was quiet the night I was there. But no guarantees with the walls. I got it for 20 on offseason rates. A 7-11 20 steps away "

"Huge room especially for the price. Easy walking distance to the yellow line mrt Lat Phrao 101 station. The cafe serves a really good and reasonably priced breakfast buffet. Directly across the street is a very nice laundromat with machines that wash and dry your clothes, and also adds detergent and softener automatically "
