"Ideally situated next to the railway station.
Great room, good size, really good room facilities, especially if planning a longer stay, particularly suitable for those travelling for business.
Exceptionally good free breakfast, the best we've experienced in a long while. Good quality produce and hot (rather than luke warm which seems to be the norm in bigger chains, who offer over priced options).
We were only there for one night, but will definitely return when we next return to Brighton."

"A good one night stay - for a concert at The Dome & visit to the i360. Well located for both. Nice seafront location (even had a seaview from my room). Didn't use the facilities (breakfast, bar etc) as I had other plans. Lift was a bit slow (to 3rd floor). Shower wasn't so easy to use (overhead)...wifi was o.k..."

"This hotel has a cool concept, but my room was low key creepy and way too small. Each room is designed by an artist whose name is stenciled on the door. My door said Pure Evil. Weird and disconcerting for a jet lagged traveler who just walked up 4 flights of dark stairs. The sink was too small to wash my face in, and I barely fit in the shower. A large person wouldn’t. Comfortable bed, super clean bedding, and a fabulous view."

"Cons: Every time I tried to open the outside door when returning, I couldn’t get it to open and had to either ask cafe staff, or strangers for help.
As a solo female traveller, it stressed me out so much that I ended up checking out a day early and forking out for another hotel to actually enjoy my final day/night.
- TLDR: please get a new lock to the outside door.
The water also kept cutting out, first time of which I was mid shower. Tap had same issue.
