"The host Graham was good value, he engages so well with guests and made us feel at home, he even cooked pizzas for us in the pizza oven on the last night, to give it a try. Happy to have a yarn and make you feel welcome. It is a converted backpacker accommodation, which they have done a great job with. Room we had was a twin, it was a smaller room, but considering it was a backpacker it was not surprising. The outdoor areas are lovely and quiet, pool was refreshing and clean and well kept. There are seating areas around to sit in and relax with a book. The shops are 1k up the road, easy walk. Bit of a hike to the CBD but still doable. In a quiet street, off the main road, feels a bit like a hidden oasis to come and hide from the busyness that now is yeppoon."
