"I had a really bad experience at this hotel. I arrived around 1:30 AM, exhausted, and was given a key to my room—but when I opened the door, there was already someone inside sleeping. That was honestly shocking and made me feel very unsafe. To make things worse, I never saw or was able to speak with a manager to address the situation. There was no proper follow-up or reassurance after such a serious issue. The water park, which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, was always closed...

"There’s no one at the front desk. They gave us a code. The code did not work. Eventually a staff pass by and open with a key. We text and call to get a working code and never got a hold of anyone. We could not leave the room or we would be lock out. No hot shower. German cockroaches everywhere. And a horrible bad. Again… you can’t complain as they will not answer phone or text. Save your self a headache. Do not stay here."

"This place looks as if drug users book the rooms, use them to do meth, crack, or whatever else type of drug you can think of and then ditch the room. The office was closed and I had to wait like 15 mins standing outside for someone to come and check me in. The paint on the toilet was faded and spotted up as if it had been there for the last 50 years. The room gave me the icks. Overall TERRIBLE experience. "

"I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about our stay being that it's "communal" but it was a great experience. Everyone we crossed paths with was very pleasant and I love how everything is organized and rules are everywhere. Parking was not an issue like mentioned, you just have to communicate with one another. The area was nice and quiet, our bedroom was clean and the beds were comfy! Thank you for having us!"

"This place is the worst that I’ve ever been to. They give u 1 filthy towel at the front desk charge you $20 deposit for the room key until u bring it back the ceiling is falling apart the walls are dirty and got holes in them. The song is rusty the carpet smelled like mold and smoke. It doesn’t look nothing like the picture they got posted. Shame on the people in charge of this place. "

"People live there for starters so the house was dirty and there was a weird old woman putting lotion on her legs when we showed up and the people who live there where rude to us before we even walked in the door y’all need to take this damn listing down"

"The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back."
