First let me state that this experience of booking with Expedia was very good. The only issue I have with some of these Booking apps is that it is hard to get any assistance from them if there is a problem!
I would have been about to give an EXCELLENT review. As most of the stay was really GREAT until the day of check out.
The check in day I was very early and I was given access to a Locker (complimentary) so that I could leave my bags and return closer to check in. This was very helpful as I was really tired. Most of the stay was very good, minimal facilities but very clean and convenient. Until I requested a late check out on the last day and there was really unnecessary AGGRESSION over something that had already been negotiated. The housekeepers literally were trying to come into the room as they had not been informed, whilst I was getting dressed and ready to leave!
I have an incident that I need to report and I would not choose to put all of the details in this forum or format. Until that occurred I would have said that the staff were all pretty helpful and that I would recommend this hotel for short stays as a convenient, neat location.
