"This hotel is exceptionally well run and maintained. Rooms are comfortable, very user friendly and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and just great at what they do across the board from the second you step into reception. Great central location for accessing anywhere on the island."

"We had a great stay at this luxury hotel in a excellent central position. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The spa is very good, offering a lovely pool and steam/ sauna rooms. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Food also excellent. Well positioned for the town and bus station. We would recommend it."

"I wasn’t super impressed with this hotel. The first room I was given had a horrible chemical smell coming from the bathroom. I turned on the fan full throttle, but it didn’t clear if even after running all night. I let the front desk person know in the morning before I left for the day. When I returned, they moved me to a different room because they hadn’t been able to get the engineer to come to their location despite having 8 hours to do so. The sink drain holes in both rooms were blocked so water filled up to the overflow in the sink while I was washing my face or hands. I signed up to have breakfast included in my room fee - it was cheap, but you get what you pay for. Food was meh and they didn’t have allergens clearly marked - you had to go ask for the binder that was behind the front desk."
