"Room was dirty, the lights didn't turned on, wifi didn't work. Weird smell in the room that cause me allergies. Shower dirty."

"Last time I was there, my main complaint was not having a shower car . To my surprise after 4 years, there was two in my room. Spa is top tier . We call it the happy place !!"

"The parking wasn't the issue, first they gave me a room with a mattress protector was dry rotted and it was spring sticking out of the bed, then the next room all of the mattress is okay the air conditioner wasn't working then the third room was actually very clean brand new mattresses however there were cockroaches in the bathroom and elsewhere! "

"Great place for the money and fantastic area. Walking distance to all you need Right on the water there . Restaurant on site is great as well. Make sure to see Tony at the outside bar. Don't find bartenders like him very often . Great dude "

The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities including many restaurants and pools. Our suite was very nice, clean and spacious with a big balcony over looking the marina. Located just 10 mins from 5th Ave. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional and we received room service every day. Would highly recommend."

"Very noisy in the rooms. No electrical outlets to plug cell phones. Internet hard to use & password not provided. Coffee shop is the only place for breakfast..45-1 hour wait time. & the place is full of cooking smell ..you smell like bacon grease for rest of the day. Toilet leaks on floor. Staff are not nice or hospitable ..indifferent at best"

"There was no one at front desk to check us in at 3:00. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive who could check us in. Bed was very uncomfortable. We had to have a wheelchair accessible room. The room was so small that we could hardly move around the room in the wheelchair."

"The hotel was great, clean, well located (close to our soccer tournament) and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend the hotel to anyone."

"Room was clean and spacious , I didn’t figure out u til the second night that I could draw down a shade to darken and block light out of the room. The bed was not comfy at all. It was tough on our backs. The bedding was wonderful but the bed took a toll on us. Breakfast was ok, eggs were wet, potatoes were room temp. Location was great.
